For Hunter's 1st real Kindergarten assignment he was to work on spelling his name at home
(with only the first letter capitalized).
Livi thought she would join in the fun :)

Butterflies
For a fun summer activity with the kids I purchased the at home butterfly kit. I bought the net and then sent away for a cup of caterpillars:
After about 5 or so days the caterpillars made their cocoons and hung on the top of the lid.
We then had to remove them from the cup and move them to the netted habitat.
Another 7+ days and they began to hatch into butterflies:
We had to feed them fresh fruit and flowers daily:
After a week of playing with them inside we released them:
I think we'll have to do this again as the kids had so much fun with it!
